According to the National Climatic Data Center, global temperatures have not dropped below the average for the past 330 months–since 1985, reports FacetheFacts.org, a great website that presents the facts about different issues.
The site concludes: “No one younger than 28 has ever seen a month in which global temperatures were below average.”
In the U.S., January through October 2012 were the warmest first 10 months of any year in U.S. history, with temperatures 3.4 degrees F above the average of 55 degrees for the Twentieth Century.
This is global warming, and it’s changing the weather.
