Produced by Channel 4 in the UK, ULTRAVIOLET is a 1998 miniseries about a government police unit fighting a secret war against a global vampire conspiracy (not to be confused with the Mila Jovovich movie, which has nothing to do with the miniseries of the same name). It takes a bit to get used to the production values but once you do you will be begging for more. The vampires are seductive and diabolical, while the good guys often must do evil things to save humanity, making the conflict realistic and compelling. Recommended.

I really liked Ultraviolet and there were some standout moments (the episode revolving around a paedophile was superb stuff).
