Jack Ketchum is one of the hardest hitting writers in the horror genre, and LADIES NIGHT is no exception. This short novel describes a trucking accident in Manhattan that results in a toxic spill. Next thing you know every female in the city goes crazy and begins to slaughter the men. It is thin on character development and heavy on gore, but with the right expectations, I found it to be a fast, fun horror story.

I love Ketchum, but I’ve not read this one yet. You’ve inspired me to pick it up.

Wow the tagline sounds like a Friday night in Gibraltar! I will check it out, thanks Craig. PS new show on UK BBC, The Fades, three episodes so far and getting very very interesting, think it will be right up your street so keep an eye out for it.

Looks cool, Gerard–I just checked out the show trailer on YouTube–will check it out!
